When we meet, please have available the following:
1) Most recent electric, gas, water, sewer, and other energy bills i.e. propane, fuel oil, steam etc.
2) Architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing drawings in electronic format i.e. CAD, DWG, PDF etc. If you do not have all the drawings requested, please provide the documentation you have. Thank you.
